Alyssa is a dynamic Curriculum and Instruction Specialist with a passion for transforming learning through strategic curriculum development and leadership. With a strong foundation in public education and adult learning, she brings a unique blend of classroom expertise, curriculum strategy, and operational leadership to every project.
Her diverse professional background includes roles as a secondary educator, business operations manager, onboarding specialist, and leadership program facilitator. Alyssa is highly skilled in developing standards-aligned curriculum, leading professional development, and implementing technology-enhanced learning practices for both students and staff. She has successfully designed and led onboarding initiatives that improved employee retention and engagement across sectors.
Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wyoming, Alyssa also holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with distinction.
